Like our other fine decafs, this one's processed by a new, cleaner Mountain Water Process (different from Swiss Water Process). The original character is much better maintained - a medium body with a bright snap. Mild, but not weak; slightly nutty & crisp. 1-lb Bag. Medium Roast.

This is like most El Salvadors - soft, pleasant coffees with relatively subdued acidity. This cups similar to our milder Mexican & Guatemalan coffees. This is the best grade of El Salvador coffee available - Strictly High Grown, Shade Grown, Rainforest Alliance, Medium Roast.

We are pleased to share this smooth, rich coffee which comes from small Honduran farms which are part of a co-op. Unlike other Central Americans we roast this longer to accentuate the fullness with a little floral finish. Overall the Raos is a well-balanced cup. DARK ROAST

Chiapas produces some of the very best and highest-grown Mexico coffees. This is a nutty, snappy coffee that is also rich and smooth. The acidity can get sharp as the coffee cools. Like virtually all of our organics, this one is shade grown as well. Light Roast.

This coffee is a nice surprise coming from the Carribean (where outside Jamaica and the occasional Puerto Rico bean, coffees don’t usually get much notice). A mild, lightly acidic cup at a lighter roast, this coffee gets a little more muted and well rounded as it gets darker. A great medium organic to add to any portfolio. MEDIUM ROAST

Ethiopian Sidamo (Organic & Fair Trade)

Ethiopia, considered the origin of coffee today, yields coffees that are among the world's most distinctive. Ethiopian coffees are some of our favorite Africans. Much more varied & intense than the Kenyans. This dry-processed wild Sidamo is rich, even for a light roast. Slightly sweet with a hint of blueberry (like the Yirgs). You wont think you’re drinking a light roast! This coffee is Shade Grown. 1-lb Bag. Light Roast.

A favorite from Indonesia. In terms of taste, full, round, smooth, sweet, and delicious; almost sugary, with fruit notes and hints of chocolate carrying with rich stateliness from aroma to cup. Syrupy body, deep, resonant finish. Dark Roast
