Like our other fine decafs, this one's processed by a new, cleaner Mountain Water Process (different from Swiss Water Process). The original character is much better maintained - a medium body with a bright snap. Mild, but not weak; slightly nutty & crisp. 1-lb Bag.  Medium Roast. This is like most El Salvadors - soft, pleasant coffees with relatively subdued acidity. This cups similar to our milder Mexican & Guatemalan coffees. This is the best grade of El Salvador coffee available  - Strictly High Grown, Shade Grown, Rainforest Alliance, Medium Roast.
